Looking to build a solid and stronger core? Pease join us on August 17th and we introduce a "nu" class at Nu Movement - Hatha Yoga for Core Strength. This class will be held every Monday from 5:15 - 6:30 pm. This class is a style of Hatha Yoga designed to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles with essential yoga poses. With a 75 minute class sequence made up of postures that will improve your core strength and help tighten and tone your abs. As we move with awareness and mindfulness, we will stay in the poses slightly longer to build strength, stamina and endurance. As well as connecting the body to the breath, as breath is a key component to working with our core. 

Strengthening your core can also help relieve back pain, improve digestion and improve posture. This class can be vigorous as we focus on strength, so please bring water.

Taking on a holistic approach, our core is connected to the third chakra {Manipura}, and core work helps improve our confidence and self-esteem.

Workshop is $5 pp {class normally $10 pp, so try it out for 1/2 off }.

Each attendee will receive:
* a Fabletics Swag Bag full of goodies
