A Time To Rest: Restorative Yoga Workshop

Relaxation is hardwired into our physiology. It is not something we “do”, it is something we already are. Join yoga teacher Adam Ayers, E-RYT in an afternoon of deep rest as we explore simple postures that elicit this inherent ease. Participants will learn the basic principles of supporting the body in poses that evoke relaxation and facilitate well being.  All levels are welcome to attend.
