Folks who want to change the world sometimes get burned out and overwhelmed. It is important for those who care and advocate for others to also care and advocate for themselves. Liz will lead you in a 60-minute open-level vinyasa flow designed to hold space for folks who want to facilitate healing and change.
We will open with meditation and breath work (it can be so hard to remember to breathe) and ground our practice in self-love, joy, compassion and kindness for ourselves. You will leave class refreshed, renewed and ready.
The Inner World: 4 Week Kundalini Yoga Series

In our culture, we’re pretty familiar with the external world. It’ transfixing: interpersonal relationships, jobs, food, technology…most of us spend a *lot* of time focused externally. But what about the inner world? There’s a vast, fascinating space available to all of us at any given moment, if we can only remember to tap in. Becoming more acquainted with our own interiors - with ourselves at the deeper level - offers greater stability, ease, and joy. It also makes us much more effective as we move about our external lives. This series offers an opportunity to gently explore the inner world. Join in for any one or all 4 classes in this series, where we'll explore our inner worlds using intelligent sequencing of posture (kriyas), breath work (pranayama), mantra and meditation.
The series is offered on Mondays from September 9th - September 30th with Adair Finucane, LMSW (www.withadair.com). Adair is a social worker, artist, horse advocate, and a passionate teacher and practitioner of hatha and kundalini yoga. Her classes are warm, inviting, and geared towards accessibility. Newcomers to yoga and to kundalini yoga are welcome.
Sunset Flow & Glow: Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga

Monday’s can be a challenging transition, but also a beautiful time to set the tone for the upcoming week. Slow down, reflect inward and set your intentions while allowing Marina’s gentle but enthusiasticenergy to guide you through an uplifting flow series.
Revel in the meditative vibe of candlelit dusk, happy melodies and heart opening, balancing poses incorporating pranayama breathing, vinyasa flow, and inversion work with occasional guided meditations and partner stretching. Each class celebrates joy and gratitude with a unique mix of the above modalities.
Enable self love and inner peace while releasing tension, increasing flexibility and opening the body and mind to unity and acceptance through this epic flow practice.
The Morning Practice Donation Yoga

The Morning Practice with Liza Savage-Katz is a donation-based practice and is a great reason to get out of bed in the morning! The class is offered weekly from 7-8 am on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
The practice is designed for the athlete at heart. Yoga, the oldest science for self-improvement known to humankind, can optimize any athletic workout to bring the body, mind, breath, and spirit into balance. This practice is open to everyone who has a desire to improve their life. By creating an early morning routine of yoga & meditation, participants are enabled to create a clear and conscious beginning to each day, thus setting themselves up for success.

Gentle Chair Yoga

It’s popular these days to say, “yoga is for everybody.” But is that really true? Everybody? Even those who, due to age, inflexibility, or injury, need to practice completely from a chair?
Absolutely! EVERY body! Gentle chair yoga with Marissa Bland, is the perfect solution for those with balance issues, those who have trouble getting to the floor, people looking to start slowly, or anyone who would just feel more confident in starting out this way. It not only has the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue, but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues like menopause and arthritis. This sequence will benefit anyone who prefers to do yoga in a chair, such as seniors, people recovering from injury, or those who sit for prolonged hours at work.
Revive After Five Yoga

Shake off your after-work blues and revive your body with this fun, 60-minute Vinyasa flow. Nicole Gilbert will guide you in a safe and comfortable environment to find your own personal edge. A Regular yoga practice will release stress, help you attain right body weight, improve your posture and general health. You'll be surprised how great you can feel and how many areas of the body you can target before heading home for the day.
Sitting at a desk all day and hunching over your smartphone leads to tightness in your shoulders, neck, back, hips, hamstrings, and chest. This vigorous but gentle practice will; challenge your strength and balance, ignite your body and help you to unwind after a long day. Finishing your practice with a deep relaxing shavasana will shift you both in body and mind. Give yourself this hour to look forward to every Tuesday!
Matwork & Mvmnt

Movement on the Mat brings a rhythmic approach to the traditional Mat Class, combining deep stretching and muscle relaxation techniques with a variety of free flowing movement sequences.
In this class, I will incorporate both slow continuous fluid movements in combination with some traditional holds. We will focus on breath work and body connectivity while going through a series of repetitive motions with the goal to increase flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and tone.
Movement on the Mat includes both floor work and standing elements. This class is great for a student who enjoys Yoga, Pilates and Dance!

Kundalini Yoga at Sunrise

A morning practice provides a stable foundation for a great day. Get your Wednesday off to a clear, bright start by charging up with kundalini yoga! This class is an opportunity to shift your energy, expand your sense of possibility, and move through blocks. Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness; Adair teaches with the express desire to help people to create change in their lives by opening up to this awareness. The beautiful and wild thing about kundalini yoga is that once you’re practicing, evolution is a guarantee.

Yoga for Relaxation & Rejuvenation

This gentle class will begin with a guided meditation focusing on themes found in the natural world to invite feelings of relaxation, transformation, strength and growth. The themes from the extended meditation session will be woven into the intentional, mindful, slower-paced, Vinyasa based physical practice.
This class is ideal those who are new to yoga or enjoy slower paced classes, individuals looking to deepen their meditation practice, and anyone who wants to deepen their connection to the natural world.
Ballet Body Pilates
WEDNESDAYS 5:00 - 6:00 PM
A class designed for anyone new to dance, come-back dancers or anyone just wanting to look and feel like a dancer. We will work barre and freestanding “Verticle Pilates”, incorporate small equipment for strength training and work on simple “flow” sequences set to music. The last part of class will be a transition to floor barre work and relaxing stretches.
This class with certified Pilates Instructor and Royal Academy of Dance accredited ballet teacher Leslie MacDonald is designed to fully prepare beginning and come-back dancers for the 6pm Adult Ballet class that follows this class every Wednesday. No formal ballet attire or ballet shoes required.
WEDNESDAYS 6:00 - 7:15 PM
An intermediate-level class with certified Pilates Instructor and Royal Academy of Dance accredited ballet teacher Leslie MacDonald for those with some ballet or dance experience. Participants are welcome to come early for the final “floor barre/stretch” portion of the 5pm "Ballet Body Pilates" class to warm up.
We will develop intermediate level barre, centre and adage sequences incorporating the principals of Pilates. The final 15-20 minutes will focus on building short dances based on the classical repertoire, including pirouettes, waltzes, grand allegro, etc. Non-impact versions of all repertoire will be offered.
Back To Balance Gong Sound Bath Series: 4 Week Immersion

With Fall approaching this is a great time to dedicate to slowing down a bit and cultivating balance. Moments of rest and the uplifting sound waves of the gong will give you more energy, focus and inspiration for the months ahead. The vibration of the gong will help you clear potential blockages or excessive mental activity, and prepare you for new beginnings. For maximum benefit it is recommended to join the full series as this will give your physical and subtle bodies the chance to adjust and build up new patters.
GONG SOUND BATH BENEFITS: Every gong sound bath offers a sweet opportunity to release, rest, reflect and renew, as well as create space within ourselves, especially our thinking patterns and emotions. Since we are not just our body, the vibration of the gong penetrates through all aspects of our being (body, mind, emotions). Gong baths are balancing and uplifting. They offer the kind of deep mental rest that leaves you so refreshed and renewed that you'll feel like a new person.
CLASS STRUCTURE: During a gong sound bath you'll lay on the floor for about 45 min, covered with a blanket, and just relax. That's it! Just pure relaxations with incredible effects. No movement is involved. Props are provided at the studio, however for maximum coziness it is recommended to bring your own pillow, yoga mat and blanket. Dress comfortably.
This class is led by gong master Vesna Sanders (Eeshavasya Dasi).

Hello! Welcome to a space for men to gather and learn the spirit of yoga. Together we will discuss alignment, asana (flow), prana (breathwork), and drishti (focus) SPECIFICALLY as it applies to the nuances of a male body.
Join other males in learning how yoga fits on each of our bodies in a unique way. No experience required.
Gentle Flow & Restore

Join Linda Bayer-Lawrence Thursday evenings for a Gentle Flow and Restore. We will begin with a gentle vinyasa practice that is suitable for all levels with the last 1/2 of the class dedicated to an extended, prop inclusive and pampering restorative savasana. A perfect way to end the work day.
Weekly Om Chanting

OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of the mantra OM to activate the self-healing potential of everyone who participates. We sit in a specially arranged circle and chant OM out loud for 45 min. Due to a special blessing, OM Chanting generates a vibrational frequency that releases negativity, transforms it and showers us with positive energy.
EXTRAORDINARY BENEFITS: OM Chanting promotes inner peace, mental clarity, creativity, emotional freedom and physical health. It brings like-minded people together and supports our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It brings more balance and peace to our communities and to the world at large as well, so by participating at OM Chantings you contribute to a better you and a better world!
The vibrational waves created by the circle spread out in a large radius creating a harmonious, peaceful environment and a unity between humans and nature. The OM continues to resonate in everyone who has participated even after the circle, allowing us to share the good vibrations wherever we go.
POSITIVE SHIFTS: OM chanting helps us to experience positive shifts which allow us to enjoy more peace, joy and love in our lives.
OPEN TO EVERYONE: No previous experience is required. OM Chanting is not a faith-based practice, but all faiths are welcomed, as well as those who have no interest in spirituality. The only requirement is that you must be able to sit (either on the floor or in a chair) and repeatedly chant OM (at your own pace) for the entire circle time (45 minutes).
WHAT TO BRING: For the duration of the circle we sit either on a chair or on a bolster and blankets. All this is provided at the studio. It is recommended to bring some water and dress in loose, comfortable clothes.
Pilates At Noon
FRIDAYS 12:00 - 1:00 PM
Strengthen and Stretch over your lunch break with Instructor, Leslie MacDonald, in this mid-day Pilates-based 60 minute session! No need to hit the showers after. We will work on deep core stabilizing, deep restorative breathing and neck, shoulder, hip and back releases to send you back to work energized, relaxed, and perhaps “glowing” just a bit.
Come as you are, but make sure to wear clothes you can move in, or something to change into quickly. Variations done standing, or seated in a chair will be offered for all those who prefer not to get down on the floor. Mats provided.
Adult Ballet Fundamentals
SATURDAYS 10:00 - 11:15 AM
A class for beginners, those who have not danced in a while or anyone wanting a basic ballet class that moves at your pace. We will work on building a solid foundation physically, using the principals of Pilates, and also start right at the beginning with terminology, body positioning and ballet movements and steps. We will also explore different dance styles and learn to recognize and count music in different time signatures.
Particular care will be taken of the feet, hips and knees to prevent injury, and allow those recovering from injury to join in and get back in motion. Formal dance attire is not required, but ballet slippers are recommended. Socks are okay too!
Instructor Leslie MacDonald is a certified Pilates instructor and holds the Royal Academy of Dance teaching certificate, and has taught both adults and children for over 20 years.
Twerk & Hip Hop Workout with Jess

Ladies it's time to twerk, shake, and bounce what your Mama gave you with this fun, yet intense workout that's going to make you feel sexy, confident, and sore! This workout combines basic movements with high tempo music you would find at a club. Combined with hip hop and a touch of salsa attitude, Jessica’s classes offer a taste of different styles all in one session.
It's time to break out the booty shorts and show us what you got! Please wear comfortable and loose pants or shorts, clean sneakers, socks or bare foot to attend.
Rise & Shine Yoga with Linda

Mornings are the best way to build consistency in your yoga practice by rising up and starting your day in a mindful way!
Awaken your Sunday morning with a 60 minute practice that is available to all levels. We will begin with meditation and then continue with a vinyasa flow that is anchored to breath and movement. Poses can be modified or intensified for your needs and gentle hands on assists are offered to guide your alignment. We conclude our practice with a restorative savasana. You will leave your practice feeling renewed, strong, centered and ready to start your day.
