Jivamukti Yoga Flow: Open Level
Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining both a hatha yoga and vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation).
Kundalini Yoga with Ved Bachan
Kundalini Yoga's aim is to encourage students to elevate to their highest potential and connect with their true identity through increasing their awareness with a combination of breath, mantra, focus and movement.
Cardio Barre Fitness
Cardio Barre Fitness with instructor Heather Farquhar is a dance inspired fitness class designed to target all areas of the body. Cardio Barre will add an challenging interval workout with intense cardio and a sculpting workout at the barre. This class will help to give you elongated, sculpted, lean muscles without impact.
Revive After Five Yoga Flow
Shake off your after-work blues and revive your body, with this fun, 60-minute Vinyasa flow. Nicole Gilbert will guide you in a safe and comfortable environment to find your own personal edge. A Regular yoga practice will release stress, help you attain right body weight, improve your posture and general health.
Come experience a unique style of dance merging African, Modern, Ballet and Jazz. Transcend beyond traditional movement to an eclectic combination of linear, asymmetrical and rhythmic movement found in this unconventional dance class.
YoGay Yoga: 4 Week Series
Join the YoGay Yoga community today! Our 4-week and 8-week series are educational and workshop-oriented. Each week we deepen our understanding of yoga through practice, lecture, demonstration, and partner exercises. YoGay Yoga is for all body type and fitness levels.
Ballet Body Pilates
A class designed for anyone new to dance, come-back dancers or anyone just wanting to look and feel like a dancer. We will work barre and freestanding “Verticle Pilates”, incorporate small equipment for strength training and work on simple “flow” sequences set to music. The last part of class will be a transition to floor barre work and relaxing stretches.
An intermediate-level class with certified Pilates Instructor and Royal Academy of Dance accredited ballet teacher Leslie MacDonald for those with some ballet or dance experience. Participants are welcome to come early for the final “floor barre/stretch” portion of the 5pm "Ballet Body Pilates" class to warm up.
YoGay Yoga: 8 Week Series
YoGay Yoga with Adam William Ayers is an 8-week series for beginning and continuing students. Classes are alignment based and educational exploring the relationship between breathing, posture and stress. Each week we will practice and refine basic poses, including meditation and positions for deep relaxation.
Pilates At Noon
Strengthen and Stretch over your lunch break, with Instructor Leslie MacDonald in this mid-day Pilates-based 60 minute session! No need to hit the showers after. We will work on deep core stabilizing, deep, restorative breathing and neck, shoulder, hip and back releases to send you back to work energized and relaxed, and perhaps “glowing” just a bit.
Sculpt & Tone Barre Fitness
Sculpt and Tone Barre Fitness with instructor Heather Farquhar is a dance inspired fitness class designed to target all areas of the body. Combining Pilates, body weight and strength conditioning with yoga and ballet moves and a hint of cardio.
Beginner Vinyasa Yoga
A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class with Instructor Kelsey Cretekos ,introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
Restorative Yoga & Gong Sound Bath: 3 Week Series
Get the best of both worlds. A wonderfully relaxing restorative class, enjoy long hold deep stretches while Vesna plays the gong to send you into a deep relaxation. A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing.
Adult Ballet 101
A class for beginners, those who have not danced in a while or anyone wanting a basic ballet class that moves at your pace. We will work on building a solid foundation physically, using the principals of Pilates, and also start right at the beginning with terminology, body positioning and ballet movements and steps.
Yoga Sculpt with Ken Plossl is a class in the Vinyasa Flow style incorporating small hand weights adding a new spin to the everyday yoga practice. The high-intensity cardio bursts along the way add a maximum calorie burning effect. This fun yet challenging class incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.
Vital Vinyasa Flow
Vital Vinyasa Flow is a class made to energize, restore and refresh our mind and body, through a series of different Asanas. Each class will offer an opportunity to increase flexibility and strength; reground and get a full body work-out. Vital Vinyasa Flow is focused on the mindful marriage of breath and movement, subtly reminding us to stay present and connected to our bodies as we practice. Come invigorate your creative spirit and get ready to stretch, ground, flow and sweat.
Sunday Yoga with Linda
Join Instructor, Linda Bayer-Lawrence for a playful yet invigorating vinyasa flow yoga class that will increase your strength & flexibility in a warm welcoming environment. A short meditation gets you focused before moving through a sweet rhythmic flow that links breath and movement.
Mindful Meditation with Linda
During this Mindful Meditation class we will explore sitting, breathing techniques, mantras and malas, as ways to reduce stress and calm anxiety. No experience is required. Both the beginner and the experienced will benefit. Complementary hot herbal tea will be available.
Hoop Dance Workout
Hoop Dance with Michelle Testa is a fun combination of dance, cardio, and toning using adult sized hula hoops. Suitable for first time hoopers and intermediate hoopers interested in using their hoops for fitness. All levels of experience are welcome - everyone can learn to hoop! Expect skill instruction and drills, cardio and toning exercises, dance hoop tricks instruction, and time for flow and play.
Self Care Sunday Yoga
Self Care Sunday Yoga with Holly Rizzo is facilitated to empower individual choice in present centered awareness . You will be guided in bringing compassionate awareness toward self in embodied movement, experiencing yoga practice within a supported process of self exploration.
Vibrational Alignment: Meditation & Multi-Gong Bath
The focus will be on healing and elevation of body, mind and spirit by attuning you to high-frequency vibrations through breath and sound.
