MONDAYS 5:00pm - 6:15pm
Start the week with a warm-up! It's the darkest and coldest time of the year, when the urge to nestle and hibernate is naturally at its peak. In this hour-long, open level class with Sally Parker, we'll access energy in motion. We'll have fun playing with the edge of our comfort zones as we stretch, strengthen and balance.
In yoga, we get to move around in ways modern life often prevents (driving, sitting, texting). We'll access tight, neglected areas and open up to really breathing deeply. Yoga is an inviting way to hone in and notice - how your body feels, what your mind is doing - and to let go of judgment and just be. That's where the magic is! This class reflects my background in yoga traditions that honor safe posture alignment, awareness, compassion, breath work, and mind-body connection. People at all levels of familiarity with yoga are welcome!
MONDAYS 6:30pm - 7:30pm classes begin 12/11
