200-hour yoga teacher training with danielle rinallo
Danielle Rinallo is passionate about helping people live fulfilling and purposeful lives. This teacher training is designed to support your personal self-realization and acceptance journey while preparing you to inspire your relationships, community and world through yoga.
There are no pre-requisites for this program, only a deep commitment to self-exploration and a desire to give back. Students of all levels are encouraged to use this yoga teacher training to engage in a journey of personal development and to cultivate or enhance a teaching skill set.
Being a teacher takes a deep willingness to being a student. Come with an open mind and a willing heart, and your life will forever be changed.
In this training you will:
- Learn to teach highly effective vinyasa yoga classes with breath, sequence and purpose
- Develop ability to identify students’ needs and accommodate them with mindful cuing, sequencing and inspiration
- Deepen your understanding and practice of yoga philosophy
- Explore yoga anatomy from both western and eastern perspective
- Connect to your passion and life’s purpose
- Design a highly individualized post-graduation teaching plan
- Learn the power of retreat
This is a 200-hr yoga alliance certified training. Upon success completion of the program you can apply to be a yoga alliance certified teacher.
Lead Trainer: Danielle Rinallo will use her compassionate and engaging teaching style to challenge and uplift you along this journey. Trained in 2009 at ZUDA YOGA in California, she’s excited to combine what she’s learned from years of practicing and teaching to offer you this comprehensive and life changing experience.
Assistant Trainer: Stevie Oakes is an applied anatomy and physiology expert and professor of dance at The College at Brockport, SUNY. She will use her extensive knowledge and teaching experience to support you in safe and effective learning throughout this program.

*The final weekend will be held at Watson Homestead Retreat Center in Painted Post. Hours are slightly modified for this weekend - arrive 7:30p Thursday night, leave after lunch on Sunday.
Contact Danielle about potential schedule conflicts. Due to the nature of the training, there will be a limited amount of “make up” hours available. Registered participants will receive home study assignments via email to complete before training begins.

Participants will receive detailed dates and times with locations when registered. Unlimited yoga at Tru Yoga is included to encourage a steady practice and facilitate learning. The unlimited pass is active for the duration of the training: July 14th-Nov 12th.
